Burgess Training is searching for a Casual First aid Trainer who is passionate about CPR and First aid being taught in a practical, fun, and approachable environment.
This is a great opportunity for a person with a background in the health, education, or emergency services fields to apply their relevant experience and skills.
About the role:
• Training HLTAID009 CPR through to HLTAID011 Provide First Aid – groups of 1 - 20
• Training delivery outside of usual business hours as required – no weekend work.
• Paying an attractive casual rate and provides a shirt, cap, training, equipment, and all course materials.

• You have an enthusiastic and approachable personality.
• You are passionate about providing the ultimate student experience
• You are passionate about First Aid and are determined to support those who you teach to ensure they are equipped with lifesaving skills.
• You are capable of training autonomously and are resourceful under pressure.
• You are very reliable and have a flexible attitude and willingness to learn.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (or willing to update).
• Your own reliable vehicle and driver’s license.
• Current National Police Check (or willing to undertake).
• Current Working with Children Check (or willing to undertake).
Highly Desirable:
• Experience in delivering training and assessment - specifically HLTAID009 and HLTAID011
• Willingness to travel
