Commonly known as the Fire Warden course, this unit is specifically designed for individuals tasked with implementing emergency response procedures as part of a facility's Emergency Control Organisation (ECO). Participants will develop the skills to undertake pre-emergency planning, respond effectively to emergency signals and warnings, initiate and control initial emergency response, give clear directions, assist occupants, use communication systems, and contribute to post-emergency activities. This course is relevant for floor or area wardens, wardens, and deputy wardens across all industries and complies with Australian Standards AS3745-2010 and AS4083-2010.
