This Chief Warden course focuses on empowering participants to lead and coordinate emergency responses, with a particular emphasis on operating the facility's Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) and managing single or two-stage evacuation systems. The Chief Warden plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel, leading the Emergency Control Organisation (ECO), and coordinating a swift and effective response. Upon completion, students will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance. Client administration users will also have access to a student management portal, enabling them to view training records, download certificates, generate reports, and receive training reminders.
Chief Warden training can be combined with warden/eco training so you can train all of your team at once.

Participants will learn to:
Single Stage Evacuation
A single-stage evacuation system involves an immediate and full evacuation of the entire building as soon as an alarm is raised. Everyone evacuates at the same time.
2-Stage Evacuation
In contrast, a two-stage evacuation system, controlled by a Fire Indicator Panel (FIP), initially puts the entire building into an "alert" stage. During this first stage, the FIP indicates a potential emergency to all occupants, prompting them to prepare for a possible evacuation. If the emergency is confirmed or escalates, the Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) then initiates the second stage, which is a full evacuation of the entire building. This escalation to a full evacuation can be triggered and coordinated by the Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) using the FIP. This phased approach, managed through the FIP, allows for a more controlled and orderly evacuation, particularly beneficial in larger or high-rise structures, by minimizing immediate congestion and panic.
